Rachel Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Voxbox!

I have to say that I love receiving new samples, especially from Influenster! In the long run it saves my family money as we are able to try products with no cost to us before buying full size products if we like the products. Usually samples are well sample/travel sized but it seems like with Influenster the samples are full size most often which is great because it gives us the ability to try some of the products out long term rather than just one use.

This is especially great when it comes to cat food, since our cat is extremely picky on what food she will eat. Influenster sent us a bag of Rachel Ray Nutrish Zero Grain cat food to try. So we started with slowly adding some of this into our cat, Cleo's current kibble and what we found was being as picky as she is - she was picky out only this new food and not eating her normal kibble. Usually I would have been concerned as I know how switching straight to new food can make them sick but she did not experience any adverse affects from eat just the new food.

It has been a few days of trying this food and she seems to like it a lot. We will be continuing to use it until the bag is gone and then will see if we will be buying it for our cat to continue to have. For now we will still be mixing it in our current food for the cat and hope she will finish off both before needing to buying more food in the future!

I know not all cats need grain free food and some do not like them but our cat, who really has no reason to need grain free seems to love it! I will recommend this to others to try and see if it is something that would be great for your cat or if your cat would just like it!

Country Crock Voxbox

Influenster is one of the great sites that I use to write reviews and try new products before buying them. One of the newest samples I was sent was a great coupon for a free container of Country Crock to #Makeitmyown. In other words using country crock to bake cookies and using a standard cookie recipe but making it our own by adding to the recipe with whatever ingredients we wanted. So we did, and the cookies turned out great! The cookie dough without our additives was nice and buttery tasting but when we added in our many different ingredients to make it more of a "monster cookie" in essence it was even better! I recommend using Country Crock if you prefer margarine instead of butter, but even though they turned out great I still will probably stick with regular butter because it seems to be cheaper, especially since we get it in bulk!

KISS True Volume Lashes

I recently received KISS True Volume Lashes and KISS Strip Lash adhesive with Aloe. I have never worn fake lashes before, so it was a new experience to try them. What I found is that knowing the correct and easy way to apply them is key, so I want to provide some easy steps for anyone to follow if they wish to try them.

How to apply KISS True Volume Natural Plump lashes:
  1. Check fit: Lay lash on top of your natural lash and then trim if needed.
  2. Next apply Kiss adhesive to lash band; making sure to wait 30 seconds for the adhesive to become slightly tacky and appear clear.
  3. Finally apply lashes along your natural lash line. Make sure to hold in place; this allows the adhesive to dry completely.

*There are many different types of adhesive out there and from what I was reading when looking using these lashes is that it is best to use the adhesive made by the same brand of the false lashes you plan to use.

#JingleVoxBox

I received my Jingle Voxbox today and am looking forward to trying out the products that I received to try. I received a coupon for Ore-Ida Tots, a container of Cetaphil, KISS lashes and glue, NYC City Proof eye liner, a Frozen Ittybitty of Olaf and many other products. I look forward to trying them and reviewing them for all to know what I experienced in hopes of helping others with making decisions on the products.

Ore-Ida Tots

They are crispy and delicious! They are great by themselves and even better when added to a casserole, or even as a base for a type of nachos only using tots instead of chips. I have had them all different kinds of ways and they are great for snacking, for a side dish or part of a main dish. Thanks to Influenster and Ore-Ida, I was able to get a free bag of tots to try out some different recipes with. It was great to try even more types of recipes than what I had previously tried. I highly recommend everyone try them!

Ore-Ida Totchos

I received this product complimentary from Influenster and used the product to create delicious Loaded Totchos! Here is the recipe I used:
Ingredients
1package (32 ounce) Ore-Ida Tater Tots
1(16 ounce) sour cream
Cilantro

3tablespoons chopped green onions, divided
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 can chopped black olives

**I also added jalapenos
Directions:
1. Prepare tater tots according to package.
2. Once tots are done cooking, removed from oven (but keep oven on) and top with cheese. Pop back in the oven until cheese is melted. Removed from oven and top with sour cream, pico de gallo, olives and cilantro.
***Can also turn into more of a nacho style by adding beef

Cetaphil - a #JingleVoxbox review

This stuff is great and the one of the best things about it, besides how great it works is that it doesn't cost an arm
and a leg; which is key when trying to save money!  Seriously though, it is great that there are no perfumes or
anything that can irritate your skin....It is just a simple, no-nonsense moisturizer--for use on your face and body.
Perfect for these dry winters.

I started using it from a recommendation on Influenster with the JingleVoxBox. It was great to try and well worth
me looking into buying it in the future.
